Return and Order Cancellation Policy
 
I. Order Cancellation Policy
 
• Only cancellation requests made within 24 hours after order processing (when the status is "Pending Production") are accepted.
 
• Orders in production or already shipped cannot be cancelled.
 
• For successfully cancelled orders, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
 
II. Return Policy (Including Legal Disclaimer)
 
• Legal Disclaimer: This product is independently designed and unauthorized. Refunds based on claims of brand authorization will not be accepted.
 
• Return Eligibility
 
◦ Timeframe: Within 7 calendar days after delivery (based on tracking records).
 
◦ Eligible situations:
 
◦ Size mismatch / manufacturing defects (video evidence required).
 
◦ Shipping damage (original packaging must be retained).
 
◦ Ineligible situations:
 
◦ Customized items (including printed numbers / badges), clearance items (marked "Final Sale").
 
◦ Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
 
◦ Items missing accessories (tags, boxes, free gifts).
 
• Return Requirements
 
◦ Items must remain: undamaged, in complete original packaging (with security labels), with all accessories, and complete shipping labels.
 
◦ Return packages must:
 
◦ Be packed in a hard box.
 
◦ Include the RMA code (obtained from customer service).
 
◦ Contain a printed copy of the order.
 
◦ Not be sent via cash-on-delivery or regular mail.
 
III. Return Process
 
1. Contact Customer Service

◦ Required information: Order number + problem description + 4 clear photos (overview, defect close-up, care label, packaging).
 
◦ Customer service will respond with review results within 24 hours.
 
2. Prepare Documents
 
◦ Print the Return Authorization Form provided by customer service.
 
◦ Prepare three complete commercial invoices (marked: "Returned Goods - No Commercial Value").
 
◦ Securely place the documents in an outer waterproof transparent bag.
 
3. Arrange Shipment
 
◦ Recommended to use a trackable courier service (preferred courier to be confirmed).
 
◦ The buyer bears all shipping risks and costs.
 
◦ Submit the tracking number to customer service for records.
 
4. Quality Inspection and Refund
 
◦ Inspection will be conducted within 3-5 business days upon receipt.
 
◦ Eligible returns: Refund via the original payment method (excluding coupon value).
 
◦ Ineligible items: Notification via email regarding options for return or destruction confirmation.
 
IV. Special Notes
 
• International returns may incur secondary customs duties (buyer's responsibility).
 
• PayPal refunds require the original transaction ID.
 
• Bulk orders (over 10 items) require an additional return agreement.
 
• Disputed orders will be suspended until resolved.
 
• Fraudulent returns will result in being blacklisted.
