Shipping Policy
1. Shipping time will vary depending on the location of the delivery address.
International Standard Delivery: This service may be delivered via local postal services and may not provide a tracking number. If you use a trackable service, your shipping confirmation email will include a tracking number link, which you can use to check the package status. Orders typically arrive within 15-25 business days, depending on your location. For longer delivery times, please allow up to 30 business days (from the date your order leaves our warehouse).
International Express Delivery: Our couriers provide full trackable delivery service. Your shipping confirmation email will include a tracking number link, which you can use to check the package status. Orders usually arrive within 7-15 business days, depending on your location. For longer delivery times, please allow up to 20 business days (from the date your order leaves our warehouse).
Some remote addresses may require longer shipping times. Fees depend on the weight and volume of the order.
2. Order Preparation Time
We will make every effort to process all orders within 3 business days after your purchase. However, during peak seasons, the preparation time may be extended.
For personalized patches and names that need to be printed on jerseys, the average shipping time is 3-5 business days. Depending on the order volume, during peak seasons, this may take approximately 7-10 business days.
Other personalized products - on average, these products will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Depending on the order volume, they can usually be shipped the next day or even the same day, but during peak periods, it may take about 7-10 business days.
3. Order Cancellation
You can change or cancel your order at any time before it enters the shipping process. We pick and pack your orders quickly, so once your order is confirmed, we need to process changes or cancellations promptly.
Once we start processing your order, we will not be able to accept cancellations or issue refunds. After placing an order, we will provide a short window for you to cancel before processing begins.
Simply log into your account and select the "Cancel" option. This will lock the order in the system to prevent processing.
If your order status has changed to "Awaiting Pickup for Shipment", we can usually not make changes to the order, as this means your order has been packed and is ready for shipping.
For personalized printed soccer jerseys, once we start processing the order, we will immediately begin production and will not accept cancellations. Please note that our order statuses are updated in batches, not in real-time, so your jersey is usually printed before the status is updated.
Therefore, if you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact customer service via online chat or email as soon as possible. If possible, we will make the change/cancellation, but we cannot guarantee it once the order is in effect.
4. Customs Fees
All items are shipped from China. Depending on the customs regulations of the destination country/region, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other customs-related fees (including but not limited to customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, etc.). Please note:
• All customs fees are 100% the responsibility of the recipient.
• We cannot predict or pay any customs fees on your behalf.
• Tariff thresholds and tax rates vary greatly between countries/regions (even for the same type of goods in different regions).
• Customers with large orders are advised to consult their local customs department in advance.
• Carriers may pay the fees on your behalf and collect them upon delivery.
• Customs clearance may cause shipping delays, which are beyond our control.
• We are not responsible for any customs-related payments or compensation for delays caused by customs issues. If a package is returned due to unpaid duties, the relevant shipping costs will be borne by the recipient.
